Roy - Apologies if you felt the phone was put down on you I can find no evidence of this, but call handling errors can happen. We do think it quite normal for the person who made the initial telephone evaluation rather than the interviewer to give feedback. On the feedback call I was starting to explain we didnt feel you were suitable for this role and why we favoured other candidates interviewed. You have an exceptional CV with great experience and I was trying to reassure you that whilst we feel this particular position with FLS is not appropriate, I was sure that a more suitable senior role would be found before you lost control of yourself. We are very sympathetic to your situation, genuinely hope you find a way forward and find a suitable position, but I would add, over the past 25 years Ive never had to handle such an aggressive and unprofessional call as part of a job application. Plainly we both agree that this was not the right opportunity for you or us.

Just dodged a bullet, thank god I didnt get the job!! After their poor communication, not replying to messages, putting the phone down on me twice, even getting someone else to tell me I was unsuccessful rather than the interviewer themselves. In addition not being able to provide me with one bit of feedback which puzzled me even more! Ive worked in courier for 25 years, I never have I come across an interview experience like it! Good luck to the person who got the job, I really mean it!!

Did a job for them about 8 months ago and never received the payment from them. Very unfriendly personnel. Avoid them if possible
