This review is based on customer service: I called to get a price quote and the young lady that answered the phone was so pleasant. So, I decided to go in and see what I can work out. I went in and she was working with someone, so she got someone else to help. The person she got to help was absolutely rude. It seemed as if I was bothering him and he had something else to do. My goal was to print only a few so I can see what the shirts look like and later make a bigger order. He gave me the price per shirt for the few I wanted and I also asked for the price if I made a bigger order. He said it would not be much different. I asked what the price would be as he was very vague. I needed exact pricing. He then quoted me the same price as if I was printing the 1. Not much different and same price are completely two different things. I am also aware that any time you buy more in t-shirt printing, the cost does go down. It is his business and he can run it any way he wants, but it is shocking that he was wiling to charge me the same price for 1 shirt vs a larger quantity. I was also so confused as they had a price chart for if you printed certain quantities. I then found out he was the owner! I was so disgusted that the owner would have such bad and poor customer service. It is such a shame and I was so disappointed. Every customer is important to your business and should be treated as such.
Very poor attitude and customer service. I took 4 shirts to be printed and asked that the invoice be sent prior to printing via email. We had to call and ask for the invoice a week later. Before the invoice was approved, the shirts were printed at a very high cost. We were regular customers (a softball team) and when I called to settle the bill and complain about the lack of communication, Lawanda proceeded to yell at me "if all customers have attitudes like yours, I don't want them as customers." She would not allow me to talk to the owner and put me on hold for 7 minutes (at which point I hung up) and did not call me back. Won't be returning!
I love the Shirty Shanty! As a manager of 2 small non profit organizations, I could not ask for better service or pricing. They are always willing to help you figure out YOUR best options. There is nothing like working with a family owned local to Atlanta business.
