If you need a quality printed item, they can do that. If you are looking for quality customer service, go elsewhere. I had my first round of shirts printed here, it was a great experience so I went back for more business. The 2nd round, I had 3 separate dates where the shirts were supposed to be complete and they kept pushing the date back. To the point where instead of fixing the problem they simply refunded my money, essentially refusing my business. One thing I cannot tolerate is poor customer service. If I did not have a good experience initially this would have been 1 star review.

We have used Kaules Screen Works for two of our projects so far and could not be happier... Our first experience was having them do a run of tactical operator style caps... this was a first for them and they knocked it out of the park... Our second experience was with a sort of a political/patriotic design that they embraced and enjoyed printing. Again, they knocked it out of the park. I have worked with Kaules Screen Works over the last year producing t-shirts and hats for my clothing line. Garrett is good to work with and produces a good product which I have been extremely happy with. If you are looking for a god screen printer with good communication skills and produces a quality product, use Kaules Screen Works and you will be happy.
