We apologized for the confusion and any inconvenience to Devyn Kelly. During our email conversations, it was not stated that Ms. Kelly would stop by as no appointment was made. We make appointments in order to prevent clients from making wasted trips as we are often out making deliveries, picking up supplies, or meeting with clients. Exalted T-Shirts and Printing is a home based business, but we are very professional and considerate of our clients time. We did attempt to rectify the situation by scheduling an appointment the following day. We often receive 'rush orders' and are extremely sensitive to the time constraits.

Very UNprofessional. I emailed back and forth with the man to create our T-shirts for a charity run. He sent me a template and quoted me a price, I told him I would drop the shirts off the next day and he never replied. I was under the impression that this was a business with hours 9-6 like stated on the website. When I googled the address it took me to a residential area. I called and no one answered, left a voicemail, no one answered back. Rang the doorbell, no one answered. Called again no one answered. So basically I was upset because I had wasted my time driving from Mansfield to Cedar Hill to be IGNORED. It's been 3 days now and no one from this "company" has even called to apologize. Completely rude, don't waste your time.

Ive been contacting this business for over a week now and have gotten no where. I have stated many times since we arent on the same page I will be willing to stop into their store and get everything straighten out and that was never an option for them. Emailing never worked because I never got anything from them even when they said they sent something. Final conversation they were talking over me and saying that I havent been clear on anything. (Not true because I told them over and over again that I have what I want drawn out on a piece of paper. Exactly why I wanted to go into the store so they could see it.) But they are very rude, only wanted me to pay, and on their own time!. (Why would I pay someone when they dont even understand or want to understand what I want!.) So frustrated and pissed. Dont waste your time or energy!.

I needed shirts in a short period and Mr. Howard worked with me every step of the way. He re-formatted my design work to cut costs and helped to keep my requests in my price range. In the end, the shirts looked GREAT and I am putting in another order today! Im a Very satisfied customer and will be recommending and returning!

JB Large called wanting to buy a blank 3X white shirt and I explained that we do not sell blank shirts. Our business provides personalized garments by using embroidery, silk screening and etc. This is an unjustifiable rating!
