If you don't look like they "prefer" you to they want go out their way to help... Property manager is snappy and rude at times along with staff.

Worst place ive ever been too, nightmare bad. They are flooding their rating with fake 5 star reviews. Click on the profile and you can see its the only review for the email and freshly made. The current property manager is unable to do her job. Ive called 20 times in the last 3 months trying to get my check for close to $300. They chose not to prorate as the lease i signed stated and made me use their new lease which they send me a check. 20 calls in the last few months. I have no been able to talk to this woman once. Her assistant told me the check was in the mail the last 2 months. I went to Friedlam, her boss and they made her get back with me. Wouldnt let me pick it up and she had it the WHOLE TIME. 2 months everyone and she cant send a piece of mail. If that doesnt tell you how bad your move here will be, your doomed. I will continue to make countless emails and flood with bad reviews to counter their fake reviews until i have received my money.
I just moved in, Im very happy with my apartment, everything was as I expected!! Everyone in the office and maintenance was soo friendly kind with me. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!

I wish they could answer the phone or answer emails. This place is horrible. even with the switch its still horrible. wouldn't recommend to anyone. been gone since September and still get emails from them.
