I went to this covent garden branch today and the staff were so rude. They completely ignored me for like ten minutes and then when I actually asked for help regarding their Hollywood filter primer they half arsed showed it to me and then just left. Will absolutely never come back.

The assistant offered me a tester mascara and it wasnt until I got home I realised she had charged me! It would have been a good idea for her to if told me I would have to pay! Not impressed

I went in and had to wait 45mins to be served. I was one of the first people let in and they served people who came in later than me. I felt like they were ignoring me and that they only served me once everyone else had left. Not the best service.
