Seems like a nice dealership but they never called me back even though I did test drives and was definitely in the market for a car. Ended up buying my car at Middletown Honda instead because they basically ghosted me.

When we brought our car there the sales rep and manager were great. However, the service department is terrible never answers the phone and no call backs. Extremely frustrating

Waited so long at the parts counter I needed to shave again before I got any assistance. I know places are running short of staff everywhere, I get it... but you ring a doorbell for help and just wither away til you die.
