My experience with this company has been horrible. In my opinion a buissiness is defined by there customer service. In my case the customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered three nike golf shirts with my company colors green and grey. When ordering online with other companies you see a image in your cart of what your ordering. Same is the case with logo wears plus. However I recieved blue and grey and since that is what it says on the receipt after the purchase the tech was absolutely rude from the start of our conversation. Well were not paying since it says blue on the receipt. I have screen shots of the image on the day of my order as well as if you get on my account I set up with them and you click on what I ordered the image pops up as the green and black I needed. I explain this to the lady and she continued to be rude. I asked to speak with a manager and she said I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about three shirts like I don't deserve great customer service because my order is to miniscule. I then asked for her name and she repeated again that she doesn't have to give me her name and she's not going to argue over 3 shirts. Absolutely uneceptible buissiness standards. There clearly a problem with there website and instead of figuring it out I was instead blown off. I highly recommend buying from anther company.
Had to remind Kristen multiple times to even send a quote which we didn't even receive in the end. Don't waste your time and look for another supplier which cares for its customers...
Love, love, love the team at Logowear Plus. We have been working together for years now and I'm always happy with the results. Quality product at competitive prices. The turnaround is always as stated and we are never unhappy with our product when received.

Placed a small order for a few of my colleagues costing ~$600. After many back to back emails to complete the order, I have not heard anything back regarding the order status in over 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails and have left a few voice messages that have gone unanswered. I will be contacting my credit card company to work on getting my money back.
