I very rarely leave bad reviews. When I dropped off the slippers to be embroidered with an initial on each they said 3 weeks. After about a month without hearing anything, I called to check. They said they would be starting it soon. I had to call weekly to check in. Not once did anyone ever call me. After a few more weekly calls they said they were having trouble getting it to work on their machine. I gave the ok to do something different if needed. Another week later still no call. When I called next, they said they would have to do a patch and it would be more expensive. I expressed my frustration. If they had called a few weeks in and explained I would've been happy to pay more and grateful they figured out a way to make it work. They said the owner would call me. When I went to pick them up they only charged me the original amount, not extra. Still no communication at all tho, owner never called. I was willing to let it go. Now after my son opened them for Christmas and wore for one day, I'm again very frustrated. The patch they said they would sew on is clearly not sewn and already both are coming off. Horrible customer service and product... Very disappointed.
Twice now I have paid for overnight shipping and dropped my item off here. Both times they let the item sit for several days before giving it to the shipper. And then after charging me for overnight they proceed to ship the item ground. This place is a rip off!! do not go here if you want your items shipped quickly!
Seriously this is the ONLY business I use when I need to order any tshirts! Besides the AMAZING prices they also always make sure my order and design is perfect.
Had a fantastic experience with TW Sportwear! We needed a banner very last minute and they got it printed in super high quality and shipped it to us overnight!
I brought a box in to be shipped and needed some paper/bubble wrap to secure it. Michelle brings me some paper, but not quite enough. I ask for a little more and she replies "they're just books, they'll be fine". It's not very reassuring to know my package isn't in good hands. My entire experience with her was rushed because I interrupted a personal call of hers by walking in. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
