Two stars because the staff was incredibly sweet and the check in process was probably the fastest Ive ever experienced at a doctors office. However this clinic is dishonest with new potential patients. I was looking for a psychiatrist for my daughter and this place told me they had one on staff, but that wed have to establish her as a patient with them first before she could see the psychiatrist. So we went through the whole process of switching pediatric offices and waiting a month for her general appointment, only to find out that they actually dont have a psychiatrist. They then called me and referred me to another clinic for psychiatric care, and I called them and they also dont have a psychiatrist. So now we are exactly where we started and have wasted nearly two full months which is unacceptable - esp considering that needing psychiatric care is often time-sensitive. My daughter needs help and it just feels like we were duped into making her a patient for no reason. This office is much farther than our previous doctors office and we had no issues with taking her there. Now we have to go out of the way for absolutely no reason for her appts or go through the process of switching her back. Really unethical.

The phone service is a complete joke they never answer the phone. They also can't call you with results they leave hanging . The patient portal is a complete joke. The doctors there do not listen to the patients the whole place is a joke

Nurses and staff, and Scheduling is a joke. They must like to hire people with bad skills. Would not recommend. Go to Saratoga or Albany. HHHN fits in nicely with Glens Falls Hospital, the Worst Hospital in the entire region.
