I run a small non-profit and Stitch This Print that had been a great place initially to get promotional items done for fundraising purposes. However, the owner Paul, had volunteered to handle a major project for us and because he had handled others for us, we were confident he could do a great job. Paul never delivered and held up a major project for us. He also refused to take or return our calls, emails or letters in regards to the job. Paul didn't even have the decency to respond to at least let us know he could not do the job. We are sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication and would not recommend them for any long-term business.
Michael. We take great pride in the quality of our work as well as our customer service as evidenced by the numerous emails from you over the course of several months praising our work. Unfortunately, some relationships sour and without elaborating, as I will not bad mouth another local business, to say the least the break down of this relationship was not 1 sided. Multiple bad experiences. Between miscommunication, slowness in communication and overall customer service, would never recommend. Multiple times was given different information and runarounds for our orders and completion time. Was very excited to work with a local owned business but Roberta did not make that possible. Emails would take days if not longer for response and seems to always have an excuse as to why response time was so long or why orders were so behind. Either items missing from their order, things back ordered etc. Maybe just our experience but we have found that dealing with an online company has not only saved us money but also timing for orders and we can always reach someone for customer support. What would normally take over a month to complete is now being completed and delivered in less than a weeks time.
I've ordered shirts, jackets, masks, sanitizer, and more from STPT, and I wish that I could leave MORE than 5 stars! They were THAT good. Roberta helped me pick out the perfect color, style, cut of shirt, and style of mask. You will be very happy with the customer service you'll receive.
Phyllis was very sweet. But the guys who actually do the screen printing messes up my order. They screenprinted the wrong place of my bathingsuits. It was on the back (butt area) of the suits. They tried to fix it with another print in the correct area but I had to still pay the full amount. Which I think is ludicrous. They messed up my order.
