Surf lessons were fun with Carl. He talked us into buying shirts and they would "ship" them to us. It's been 5 months and I have called 15 times. Paid money but NEVER received the shirts. Bad business!

We found a Groupon for a 2 hour surf lesson and were really excited to do it. I called the place and the phone went straight to voice mail. They didn't call back so we drove about 15 minutes to the place. It was about 9:15 and their hours said they open at 9. There were 2 girls waiting outside and said they'd been there for an hour because they were supposed to have had a surf lesson at 8 or something like that. No one ever showed up. We walked down to the beach and around the shops. Came back at 10:00 and they were still closed.

We researched all the Surfing shops and surfing lessons in Oceanside and found none better. BEST surf shop, surf boards and surf lessons in OSide. And at the lowest prices around too! You will not find better instructors and manager. There is none better than Carl!!

Was the only place i could find that would rent me a board that wasnt a nerf. I was only in town for a few hours but was able to get out in the water quick and easy. The staff was cool and helpful even hooked me up with a wetsuit.
