Lady on the phone seemed quite "attitudy" during all my correspondences for a grab today. Told I'd have to pay more if I need grab and drop on separate lorries. Still they turned up with 1 lorry and did the grab and drop with just the 1 although I requested 2 as it would be difficult logistically. Still charged me for 2 mind you. Between that and the cow on the phone I thought I'd leave them a duly deserved review and my company will never use them again.

I called them and a lady answered the call. I mentioned my requirements and she asked me where we will put the skip, i replied that it will be on the road where i live. She processed the payment and a day after, the delivery driver communicated with me, i requested for a call so that i could guide the driver. I was surprised that the driver asked for a permit as it will be left on the road. This is my first time to use a skip and i clearly mentioned to the lady that it will be on my road. To make the story short, their office representative was on the other line (driver called their office) and the guy told me why i don't have the permit, i should had told the lady apparently. I told him that i mentioned to the lady that it will be on the road and i am not aware of any permit as this is my first time to use a skip. A complete waste of time. They should not assumed that everybody knew the rulings, in the first place, they should be the one asking the right questions.as they cannot assumed that their potential client knew the rules and regulations. Lack of care and a complete waste of resources that could've been avoided easily by simply drafting the right questions.

Phoned for a price to get a grab lorry to remove some mixed waste. I was phoned back with a price of 317+vat which I agreed to and paid there and then. The lorry arrive as expected, and I was basically told that I lied about what was being grabbed as he had soil and rubble on his worksheet, I told the driver that I asked for mixed and he said I hadnt paid enough. After speaking to there office and trying to convince them that I had asked for mixed, even though she didnt believe me, they went back to the recording to prove that I was telling the truth. She then tells me that they had made a mistake and wanted another 320 to remove the waste. I said that they quoted me on mixed and I told my customer that price, but sadly they didnt except responsibility and that they would send the driver away.
