We're sorry if our price did not meet your budget. Since we do all different types of printing, not an embroidery specialized store, embroidery orders with small quantity are being a bit expensive. We are trying to offer our customer an option where no minimum quantity is required. It would cost you much less(per item) once you have more than 12 items. Thank you for your visit today.

Josh, I am sorry that if you felt like we were refusing your order. The design you requested requires us to do everything manually and it will literally take us over two and a half hours to complete each shirt and it will cost you too much to do it that way again. We charged you $45 each shirt last time and we realized how much work involved because of so much detail in the design and manual labor involved. As a courtesy, we still went ahead and completed those three shirts for you without charging you extra and we are very thankful that you chose us to help you with your printing needs. You requested the specific printing method that will take so much manual labor, we estimate possibly over three hours each, we did not see it feasible for you. The solution for you is if you are willing to reduce the size of your design and lose some details. We will be able to produce the print using different printing method and it will involve much less manual labor and the cost will be more affordable for you as well. Another solution is to do it with the detail and the size you wanted but it will cost you so much we didn't think you would be happy but we can still do it and it will cost about $150 each shirt. Please understand Luna must have been concerned for the cost for you with the method of print you wanted. We pride our work to be better than most out there and we appreciate you trusting us with your printing needs over the years. Please reach out to us and we will go over more details with you. I have been a customer here for years, I have spent countless dollars ( close to $1000 ) with their staff. Today I called in after preparing my materials for close to a week, and spoke with Luna. Who in the past has always been really friendly. But today she informed me she would refuse me service because my designs "took too much time". Excuse me? I was just in here a week ago and paid $135 for 3 shirts ! Now I want to make more of those same shirts and you don't have the time to help me? They treat every single customer like it's your first time in the shop. No loyalty, no friendliness. They told me they would begin working on my shirts last week on Saturday, however they text me to tell me they were too busy and would have to being the next day. Well the next day they opened at 11 AM - I received a text message at 1:28 PM with a pic of one of my shirts completed, along with a message asking me if I wanted to proceed with the next two shirts. To which I replied yes. At 3:00 PM they text me that all 3 shirts were completed. So when I spoke with Luna and she told me my shirts took three times the effort and time to complete, she was lying. They likely didn't begin my project when they first opened their store. So let's pretend they started at 12 noon. It took them 3 hours to complete 3 shirts. And for that reason, and that reason alone, they have refused me service and will no longer produce my design. They're lazy. Period.
