In my experience, AGA provided an excellent service via email. They provided all the quotes on the parts I required. However, it turned out I needed a lot more parts to rebuild my gearbox than I initially thought, so I opted for a complete rebuilt unit instead. I would not hesitate to recommend AGA to anyone and I would definitely do business with them again.

Hello, You're right, delivery took really long. But it might happen to the parts that we have to put on BO. It's exactly the kind of problem we faced with your order. Still, the main problem was that the part was lost in transit. It happens more often now as Airlines are overbooked and they have been losing more and more cargo lately. And it took more than a month to close the investigation with TNT. It's a standard time that companies like TNT, UPS, DHL, etc. need to close the investigation. Unfortunately, it was beyond our control and totally depended on TNT. Once the investigation was over and we received confirmation from TNT we refunded you 100% for this order.
