We would like to make sure our response addresses your concerns mentioned; Poor Customer Service, Call 3x just for a decal, the Wait over 3 months and not being able to get it together and Only a $5 Discount (on your $75 order.) Requests a boat decal without any design, but a screenshot of a font you googled and told me you'd like your wife's name to be like that. 1. Decal Spec Design phase: We created the design while you waited and received your confirmation and deposit to start production. Might I add within the same hour. Friday July 3 ($75) (For reference, we do not usually create designs on the spot, but we did see challenges we might have had to narrow down the design over email and the appropriate resource was available at the time.) 2. Production: We mentioned it would take us about 3 days to complete because we did not have the material in stock so we would have to order it. (Decal Spec prefers to use 3M cast film and laminate when creating Vinyl Graphics for a boat) You called one of our team members on their cell phone after business hours and changed your mind about what you wanted after we already completed production. You mentioned you wanted something added in Old English, but not which presented a challenge on its own. Our team member mentioned we already had the approved design and production and any additional changes would cost more, but we will go ahead and add another line of text if it is simple without additional charge. (Decal was produced and completed July 7 afternoon.) 3. Delay, Addressing and providing background information to your wait over 3 months and not being able to get it together After multiple iterations of design and attempts to contact you without response, you called our team member over the weekend and after hours again. And to be efficient we suggested you come by for an in-person appointment to review the design and details in person to avoid any miscommunication. We agreed on the date and time, then booked an appointment and sent out a calendar event and email. Not only did you miss your appointment, but you called that team member again on a Sunday and he then again addressed your concerns and requested you come in person. 4. Completion August 31, We confirmed the design to one of the iterations we had already sent to you in July. (made 2 sets without charge) Not one time in the whole process did you express a concern for the quoted cost or time, even apologizing for the lack of response from your end because your work schedule makes it difficult to respond during normal business hours. This response is brought to you by, Decal Spec and written by Neil, If poor customer service is accounting for answering and communicating with you extensively before and after businesses hours, which includes Saturday and Sunday evenings. We even opened 2 hours earlier, so we can work with your work schedule to pick up a decal since you said you'd be asleep by 10AM. I love what we do here and the things were able to create. After reviewing the communication history to see where we can improve. I see that we should have kept all communication during business hours. Maybe answering your calls and texts over the weekend and nights was a nuisance and caused you to feel we deserved the 1 star. Please feel free to come by with the two sets of decals we created for a full refund. More importantly, I would like to apologize to our hard-working team during these tough times. And would like to publicly and personally apologize to them for NOT being able to address Angel Rangels expectations.

Poor customer service had to call 3x just for decal. Waited over 3months couldn't get it together wont be back. Only gave me 5.00 discount. Wow Neil if it wasn't for me calling and checking up on Status I wouldn't of got a call back. This is my personal review as customer. Hopefully it won't happen again to anyone else. Yes you open 2 hours before your time but again was late. I'm not going to waste more time trying to get a refund. And when I went in the last ti.e it only took 5 mins for design playa larga. So I'm not sure why it took long for prior yes I understand you were changing it for my expectations but didn't look nothing from what I wanted then I spent hours on font .com trying to get something easier for you to do for me but that didn't work either because it wouldn't stick I pick another font and then you said no we have to purchase that font dont have it so then again I go on font.com and pick one and again I gave up finally bought one from boatdecal.com problem solve and since I had a deposit I decided to get one decal which took 5 mins to make. Problem solve. Never again. Thanks anyways
Had them semi wrap my truck with 3m material. I loved the art work and attention to detail. My shirts were immaculate and I would definitely use them again.
