The new owner, Timothy Mayer, continues to advertise the business under the ownership of his predecessor. This is a libel upon the previous owner, with whom I worked successfully for over 5 years. The new owner is disorganized, insulting, and hostile to a veteran customer. Tried to charge me a new set-up fee for templates already paid for and used. Now using a competitor's services. Competitor is competent, congenial, and charges less than half of what the Embroidery Loft collects.
The Embroidery Loft did an amazing job with my order. Not only was it a perfect job but it was completed sooner than expected. Ive heard so many great things from so many people about this business. Which is why I chose to visit them. Im glad I did and will return for my next project. Paul
