Firstly, may we apologize for your less than stellar experience at our production. We always strive to be better, so we are grateful to you for providing useful feedback. We do have directions for the theater on the website that detail how to find us, but we certainly empathize with the fact that its a bit different than most theater spaces. This presents its own unique set of characteristics. We do have more than the one bathroom available in PublicUs, but maybe you spoke to someone who was misinformed. We will make sure our facilities are more visible in the future and staff are available to assist in direction. As for the risers and the space, we take many steps to be as accessible as possible to all of our patrons, and we note on our website and tickets that anyone who needs anything special in regard to seating and/or movement around the space may always call or email us with their needs ahead of time, and we are, and have been, more than happy to accommodate. However, as you were a guest of someone else, maybe you didnt have access to said information, which means we will work to emphasize this information on all future productions to make sure we reach as many of our patrons as possible. Lastly, concerning intermission. We state in our programs that there is a 10 minute intermission. Most theaters have policies stating that they will not allow late seating, even for intermission. We deeply apologize if anyone was rude in sharing this information with you, and will make sure all staff are appropriately trained in how best to relay this kind of information. We hope, despite the facility issues you encountered, that you enjoyed the show and will attend a future production. Thank you, again, for you valuable input.

This place is behind a restaurant and hard to find. I went with friends to see the "Glass Menagerie". The place was small and the seats surrounded the set. The chairs were sitting up on raisers and this was difficult for me to climb on. I'm disabled with a brace on one leg. With the help of my friends, I was seated. There was an intermission. There was ONE restroom in the restaurant for all of us to use! I had to knock to get back into the play. We had been locked out. They were very rude about it. They need to wait til we are all back.

What a great place! My husband and I went to see Steady Rain last night with a friend and got to meet this lovely theater and its people for the first time. We had no idea that it existed and we felt like we discover a treasure. The actors were phenomenal and the performance space and stage set up were clean, innovative, and provocative. We also liked the opportunity they offer to stay after the play and talk to members of the play and community about things like the effect the play had on you, challenges of the production, and different interpretations. We are coming back for the next production for sure. Thank you Public Fit Theater Company!
