Tried to purchase replacement speakers for two in my surround sound system that had blown. Their customer service system is incredibly awful. After hours on hold, and multiple ignored emails, I finally got through to someone. Spent $100 on the two speakers, and they arrived damaged. Two weeks later, I'm still trying to get in touch with them for a return. Hard to believe a company this indifferent to their customers can stay in business.
