Hi Christian, As we stated over the phone: We will not do just one garment for transfers or print. Any type of printing/transfer application on apparel requires a minimum of 24 pieces, that is our policy. It has nothing to do with price, or making it "worth our while" - the reason we have minimums for that type of decoration is that significant time is required to set up a job for print or transfers. We have to create the artwork, get the transfers made, and then press them onto garments. We are a business that provides decoration services in bulk quantities, however, we do our best to try and accommodate customers with smaller quantity orders. If you had called and enquired about embroidery, we would have been glad to help you with a small quantity order, or even a single garment - but - unfortunately with any type of printing or transfers there are minimums required. We get a lot of questions about printing on one shirt, or pressing transfers onto a single shirt, and our answer is always that we cannot do just one garment, due to the reasons we just listed above. You are the only customer, however, that decided to give us a one star review because we gave you an honest answer when you called. We are honest and up front with our customers, and aren't in the business of hiking up prices to take advantage of people, therefore we never would say "we usually don't do that, but if you give us "X" amount of dollars we'll do it for you". Most people would look at that as a positive, and our clients appreciate our honesty - however - you decided to look at it negatively and give us a one star review - not because you weren't satisfied with work we did for you (which is the reason business reviews exist) - but because we were honest with you and did not wish to waste your (or our) time. Perhaps the real reason small business are dying is because of people like you.

I just got off the phone with them. They told me they can not put numbers on one jersey. They did not even ask me if I was willing to pay enough to make it worth their time. Which I would have done. And this is why small businesses are dying. Im just going to buy the numbers on Amazon and do it myself.

Grace and Chris were awesome to work with!! I needed four robes embroidered for my wedding and they helped me pick out the right font and size. The turn around time was amazing. I would absolutely use underground graphics again! Very happy with my experience!

I took my son Kyle there to have a shirt embroidered for his school project. Grace treated him like a real customer who had to pick out the font and the colors, etc. She even had him approve the design. My nine-year-old was over the moon with her support and suggestions and most of all the beautiful finished product! I would recommend underground graphics to anyone looking for screen printing, digital design, embroidery, and many more services. They have affordable prices and a quick turnaround and most of all the BEST customer service in the business!
