Some of the staff don't know any information and when you point it out to the person they get rude. I am not expecting any special treatment but I believe they need training on their people skills or get another job where you don't have to deal with the public....

211 W Commerce, business week day and hours. A CSR is sitting in an office with two computer terminals both with tech issues. How is this even possible? What is she paid to do, why do patrons have to go through that level of carelessness and neglect? Is there even a supervisor or manager there? Via's CSR is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Buses relatively reliable most of the time, drivers and csr with the worst customer service on the planet.

Bus drivers for rte 21 must hate their jobs (or life) because they overreact for things that aren't that serious. If you can't handle the stress, move on, but don't take it out on the riders who are the reason you have a pay check.
