BEWARE! Do not do business with this company. My son's team recently ordered uniforms from this company over THREE months ago. We have yet to receive our full and complete order for the uniform that were ordered. They have promised us items to make up for their inconsistencies and still did not come through on their promise. We are now waiting on a refund for our money and they are REFUSING to give a refund of OUR money even though they gave a date for the refund. They are complete rip offs and they do not deserve business from anyone. Think long and hard before contacting them for your business needs. I will be contacting BBB about this company. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!

This might be one of the worse businesses I've encountered in my adult life!!! Unreliable, incompetent, falsifiers, irresponsible, I probably could fill this post up with words but I won't. My flag football team decided to try this company out with uniforms home and away, top and bottom. We decided to break the order up into 2 separate ones with getting home jerseys only first (Blue). Our team consist of around 18 people and the order was put in and paid for at the beginning of March with the season set to start the 2nd week in April. We were told that the order would take 4-6 weeks so we knew going in we would start the season without them. The jerseys came the last week of April so it took 7 and a half weeks. When our jerseys were picked up and opened, we had white jerseys. We were supposed to have blue (home) and they only sent white and we have highlighted email conversations that plainly state our request. Their response was "We normally deal with basketball teams so we thought home meant white." Okay, gave them the benefit of the doubt on that but not only did we only receive white jerseys, half of them were printed wrong!!! Half of them had 2 different numbers on the front and back. Also one of the tops that actually had matching numbers front and back had a mismatching number on the shorts!! I have to admit that they had one of the best designs so off of that alone we gave them another chance for the actual home (blue) jerseys! Because the first order was so bad, they promised a discount on the next order and that the blue jerseys would be rushed in 2 weeks. Which this is the first week in May now. Our last game of the season was June 12th and we never received anything from them! When we reached out to them and asked about the status of the blue jerseys, the reps response was "your jerseys were set to ship out next week. If your season is over, please let me know if you do not need them anymore. I did just confirm with the production lead and those items are ready. But we can issue you a refund for those". The whole tone of the last message told me and others I let read it, told us, they never started on our blue jerseys to begin with! The refund took 5-10 business days to come. Also the communication was really really bad! Days would go by before a reply would come back and they reply would always be "just left a meeting!" We took our business to Alpha Game Wear and they have been Great so far!!! Very pleased and impressed. Far more professional and know other teams they do business for! Don't Don't DON'T do business with this company! You will regret it!!!!

These guys never seem to amaze me.. I've been dealing with them the last two years and they have been great.. Great turn around time and everything we order is on point... Great customer service... I would be doing business with Tunnel Vision for anything I need.. Thanks again...

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This company has held our money hostage for months. We placed an order for uniforms, backpacks, sweat suits, and warm up shirts back in Dec. It is now March 21st and we still have yet to get our order filled. We are missing $2,882.52 worth of product. After getting confirmation from and Kyle and Rodell that we will be getting our refund in 15 business days on day 16 after NOT receiving a refund I reach back out to Rodell and was informed that they are refusing to give us our money because they are upset that parents left bad reviews on their business. This has been a nightmare. I will really do some looking else where before doing business with these guys.
