We were approached via a Fast Print rep asking if we'd like to re-order some stickers with the promise of '30% extra free'. Great, we thought. The previous 2 orders didn't go too bad. A simple re-order, or so you think! We asked the FastPrint rep to proceed with the order, and copy all details from the previous one. All we wanted was exactly the same product as we'd had in the past. I asked "can you confirm the spec is exactly the same?" Yes, was the response... The stickers arrived and were actually incorrect, so no use at all - even though the rep confirmed the spec was the same. "No problem" I thought, as we're all human and mistakes happen. From that moment on the customer service was terrible, using every trick in the book to dodge a re-print and even a issue a full refund. At one point they even asked us to pay over 500 to get the correct product to us, claiming "the price has gone up". Yes, really. There we were with a product we couldn't use and massively out of pocket. So, I called upon the 'Price Promise' on their T&Cs, only to be told we were actually going through a sub-company and we would only get an 80% refund. Just to clarify ALL correspondence was via a FastPrint email address. The only mention of this sub company was within the invoice. Two dozen emails later, we're still out of pocket and got thousands of stickers that aren't fit for purpose. Having originally been approached by a FP rep with the offer it's clearly misleading and deceptive. Please use this company with caution, and don't fall for the fake 'Price Promise'. A shortsighted approach, as they've lost a returning customer. But as volume over quality/customer care is their thing, I doubt they'll lose any sleep.

Wrong print and terrible support The printing turned up the incorrect size - their artwork has resized the design. Argumentative and unhelpful support - still waiting for refund. BUYER BEWARE Keeley from customer support called - awful service - cut me off - then advised a refund could take 30 days !!!! DEFINITELY BUYER BEWARE - BE WARNED !!!! The goods were not delivered as ordered - you admitted that you designers had altered the artwork to provide print without the required bleed. Arguing will me (a designer of 30 years experience) both on the phone and here online isnt very customer focussed and not at all what I would expect from a professional printers !!!!! 30 day for a refund !!!! - certainly a misnomer in fast print - !!!!!
