Last night their website indicated they had 5 of my year and truck. So this morning I head on down there and pay their stupid admission fee to find out they had NONE! So I went back in and asked, in case they had been moved. Nope, they took them out two days ago. HELLO!!!!! Update your website inventory so people don't waste time and money! I will NEVER return. NEVER!
Watch your stuff in the parking lot, I got my catalytic converter cut off last weekend there. The best part is they cut it off, looked inside and realized it was empty so just threw it on the ground. The manager said they havent had a problem for almost two months and of course no camera. I guess a $40 camera cost to much for them.
We just donated an old van to KBCS-FM, the Bellevue College radio station. They use Pick-n-Pull to tow donated vehicles away. I found the woman I talked to over the phone to set up the pick-up appointment friendly and professional. I was given all the info and instructions I needed. Tomy, the tow truck driver who arrived at our house this morning, was awesome. Extremely personable and friendly. In fact, his voice and phone manner set the tone when he first called to notify us that he was on his way with an ETA. Based on Tomy's personality and professionalism alone I'd recommend Pick-n-Pull, at least for the towing service.
Don't waste your time there going there. Front office is no help, quick to take you dollar. They don't ever keep a inventory what they have on hand. I will never go back there.
