Good quality, Good range. Customer service lacks a little bit along with the communication. Told 2 weeks for embroidered shirts only to follow up 2 weeks later and find that the stock was only just compiled and sent to embroiderer. This sort of thing happens but it would be better if it was communicated to us so we could make other arrangements.

under staff, walked around the store for 15 minutes no one is there to help you, the sales guys do not have friendly attitude. FYI this happened 3 times while i was there.

Wanted to get a pair of safety shoes and the assistant was very unhelpful. He seemed much more interested on getting back into the computer. They have a decent variety but low stock levels. Left disappointed.
