Hours incorrectly posted on website and at the store entrance... lady in the store was rude and didnt appreciate that I came 3 times during posted hours to find it closed... she was ok to not get the business... terrible customer service
2 weeks since I placed an order and no response on the glass and frames... they are probably willing to cancel order after making me wait for 2 weeks...
My first time and I was so happy. Very clean and the entire staff is amazing, sweet and professional! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend this location!

But based on your prescription and the exam findings, you are not a candidate for any of the non-traditional vision treatments that we offer, such as CRT lenses, MiSight, or vision therapy. Disappointed, I googled Holistic Eyecare & Optima popped up. I specifically expressed to Dr. Dawn M. that I did not want to continually receive a new higher prescription but treatment instead that would aid in improving my vision. I walked away with a prescription.
