"my portal" access link is NONEXISTENT. i was told i could log in to find surveys, but all i ever see is the panel request form. that does NOT show me anything!!! i have gotten NO help, just someone telling me to look where i can't SEE what i need!!! already i very rarely get invites; have only qualified for one long ago.
Ive literally filled out tons of surveys to see if I qualify & never do. I dont like the whole portal thing. Between me, my husband, & 4 of my friends since weve been trying through the portal none of us have ever qualified. I feel like they just want to get surveys filled out and thats it. Its all a hoax if you ask me. Im completely disappointed & Ive had enough of filling out their questioners for FREE!!! I suggest you dont waste youre time.
If it is your first time to the new location on Northlake, it makes sense to drive to the end of Northlake and turn right (at the turn-around), and then immediately right into the Northlake adjacent parking. The front door to Consumer Connections is closer to the next earlier entrance from Northlake. The reason this is suggested is because there are many entrances which look the same prior to getting all the way to the end of Northlake and it is easy to turn right prior to finding Consumer Connections.
Same issues as the consumers above, I have been emailed of probably about 7-8 different panels in which I qualified for, took the test(It gave me specific instructions and even told me when and where to meet) and then last minute it tells me I did not qualify after all. Its a waste of time for people. So much for being consumer connected.
