I have not yet (or rather my child has not yet) attended this school. And I hate to give partial reviews without proper knowledge, but I'm irritated at the experience I just had. Before, when I've called the school to get information about something, I've been met with a smiling voice, someone who was happy to help and gave me all the information I could ask for and more. Very helpful. Today was not the case. My daughter will be going into kindergarten this fall and I called to find out the process for the Kindergarten Lottery and was essentially met with someone who was aloof. When I asked how the process worked, she seemed to have no clue what I was asking about. Any question thereafter was met with short or one word answers with an attitude as though she didn't want to be on the phone. I'm calling to inquire about your school because I've heard great things about it and I want my child to go there and that's the impression that you make? I understand things get busy and you've probably answered my question for other people 1000 times already but it's the first time you're answering it for me. I ended up hanging up before I'd even finished asking my questions because I just didn't feel like dealing with her anymore. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow or next week and hopefully get someone else. The school itself is great from what I hear, but the front desk staff (or at least that one person) at the elementary school can leave something to be desired.....
I love The school because all the teachers and students are so kind to one another and they help out students so they can understand the material really well
