It's the 21 Century and you still have to print an email and bring it personally to proceed with your prescription... yet they still get it wrong and order something completely different. Then you call to suggest changes, you are being told that it would be amended. 10 days later you call for a catch-up just to realize that nothing changed at all, and the wrong order is still being processed....

The staff at this surgery are so rude its unbelievable, you wouldn't think they are healthcare workers dealing with sick patients. Not only have i had bad experience here but most times im there, there are others complaining of the same thing and they dont seem to care. i know its a tough time at the moment but being rude to sick people is not acceptable.
