Booked it in easily for a service and a diagnostic on the dials. They said all was fine on the service and a fuse needed changing for the dials, but I was ok to pick it up. 450 later I left with my car only to find out that the dials still did not work at all, I went back and have now been charged a 500 further for parts. The hugely frustrating thing is the only reason I took it to a Mini garage is so that it had a premium experience, but now I have lost my car for 4 days instead of 1 with zero apology on the poor experience apart from 60 back for the initial fuse (which never worked) Very poor quality service.

Stephen James wow what a great service from all your staff I had to wait seven months for my new car but thanks to Nick Reynolds with is updates each month I didnt not mind the wait he is a credit to bmw Bromley. On the day I finally got to pick my new car up all the staff where amazing with me very friendly not like the people I had to deal with at Mercedes before I moved to bmw and to add to my great experience with them because I had waited so long for my new car they give me 300 to take my partner away for a few days. I could not fault them. Big big thank you to Nick going to miss a talks lol thank you all at bmw Bromley will definitely be back for my future cars

Great visit at BMW today. Charlie was very helpful at the front desk soon as I arrived and the process was very quick. Ghanny worked on my car and did a great video explaining all the work carried out very clearly.
