POS is a good acronym for this company and I am not talking about Point of Sale. I am a merchant processing vendor and have come across many a clients who have Dinerware from POS of Michigan and the common theme is HORRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE follow through. Now one of my clients needed a add on to their POS system to process through us and I mended the relationship between the two companies just for POS of Michigan to lie to me and fail their customer yet again. First contact was 4/8/2015 -- finally on 4/20/2015 I got an email saying they spoke to the customer and install was set for the upcoming Friday. 5/8/2015 rolls around and the customer calls me asking what is going on with the install, and I forward the email to the customer and he says to me nobody from this company has ever contacted or spoken to me. If you are looking for a POS stay away from this company and feel free to reach out to me I know several with good customer service reputations.
