I recently sold my property with EXLA London and honestly, I couldnt have been happier with the service provided by Ben and Chris. From my first meeting with Chris, I knew he was genuine and passionate about the properties they sale. Chris is brilliant at getting the best price from the buyers and Bens relentless commitment to progressing the sale was really impressive. Because of time lost due to the covid 19 closure of the housing market for three months, I jointly listed my flat with the local high street agent, Reeds Rain. Despite finding me a buyer, it became clear that Reeds Rains lacked the drive to progress the sale and after weeks of inactivity, I reverted back to sole agency with EXLA, who re-listed it and found me a buyer within days. Bens creative problem solving in a market beset by Covid related holdups and backlogs was admirable and he saw the sale through to completion in an impressive timeframe despite a lack of urgency from solicitors. Clear lines of communication were always kept open and they were always on the end of the phone when I had a question. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with EXLA London and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them as selling agents. Thanks again guys.

First time buyer and mostly dealt with Ben Whiting who was extremely helpful throughout. He was always on hand to explain issues and help unpick any problems. Id certainly recommend EXLA to anyone.
