This business should not come up in a search for "eyeglass repair." In fact, they will only repair what you bought there. Although there was an apology, and the sales floor guy was just the messenger, it was clear this shop is only for "certain" clients of a "certain" economic status. I guess Google should point me toward an overpriced "quickie" repair booth in the Westlake Mall (that doesn't appear to have paid their GoogleAd fees... sigh. or I should take better care of my "value" frames. LOL Still 2 stars.

I really don't like this place. I was recommended this business by a coworker, and I've been very disappointed. When I went for an initial eye exam, the optometrist was not particularly welcoming or friendly. After I'd finished my exam, I went to pick a frame and staff was very pushy about frames that I clearly said I didn't like. After placing my order, I came back in a couple weeks to pick up my new frames, and as soon as I put them on, I told the staff member that I was having a hard time focusing with the prescription. She insisted that it was correct and that I just needed to get used to the prescription. I've worn glasses most of my life, I've never had my vision get _worse_ when I put on new glasses. After explaining that it would be hard for me to adjust to the prescription when I couldn't even wear them without seeing double, she wrote in big letters in my file that *PT refuses to wear. Come on. I'm not being belligerent, I honestly can't wear them for more than a few minutes before the prescription problem becomes too much. I will not be coming back to this business for my eyeglass needs. I will be finding a place that isn't going to act like I'm being irrational when I can't wear a pair of glasses.

I have been coming here for 7 years they always are amazing and quick. Least invasive eye exams Ive had very comfortable and lots of frame variety.

Im an avid Google review follower because folks usually dont take the time to write reviews. I almost didnt myself, but felt the need to with some of the others Ive seen. Any negative review within the last year should really be reevaluated. Were STILL in the middle of an ongoing pandemic. Have some grace because they certainly arent coming to your job (more likely your comfortable apartment/home) and nitpicking every single wrong move you make. Which are all relative, amirite? That being said I couldnt have asked for a better experience. This is only a few blocks from my office so this location is incredibly convenient. I scheduled my appointment with no issue online, and was seen promptly as I got there. I was going in and needed to leave with contacts that day, and Dr. Bird made sure that happened. Kaela fit the glasses I ended up choosing as well and did a perfect job, while Callen made sure to overnight my contacts to make sure I would get them before my trip. Thank you Visions Northwest, for a great experience.

Stay away from this place. Not only are they overpriced ($500 for frames and lenses), they relentlessly tried to upsell me, and took twice as long to get my glasses as they said they would. 2 days after I got the glasses, the right arm fell off and neither of the screws holding the arms on will stay tight. They're garbage. To top it off, two months later, they called me and said that I hadn't paid the second half of my bill. This place is run by criminals at worst and idiots at best. My review only applies to buying glasses, I didn't have an exam there. Based on the rest of my experience, if I had, I would have left blind.
