*Revision - Synup finally did refund the $200 charge after several emails. I have raised my 1 star to 2 stars for that. I started with Synup in March of 2017. They did what they promised at that time. I cancelled my account on 7/15/2019, but they just charged me another $200 on Feb 29th, 2020. After numerous attempts to get the refund process started, they continue to refuse. I even proved I cancelled because their system does not recognize my email address.
I cancelled my subscription a month ago and they charged my subscription again today for the full year. I just contacted their support desk to get this resolved, but this should not have happened in the first place. They also charged me incorrectly previously.
Great experience with Synup as a reseller agency before working with them. The software is great for agencies to resell to Small biz customers and it is great to have API control of listings and profiles, get full review management solution that allows me to track, monitor and get notified of these reviews and generate more. I love sharing the analytics statistics with my smb customers and franchise customers to show them the views, phone calls and visits we are driving them. Keep up the great work team....
We signed up for a year with them in 2018 and do not wish to renew the subscription, they charged our card in 2019 without informing and when we try to contact them there is no response at all. I would have send them atleast 5-6 emails that i do not wish to continue with the subscription but there is no response.neither are any of their contact number working. They have charged us again for 2020. If someone does not contact me now or reverse the charge & cancel our subscription i will put a charge back. Regards, Ritu - For Fascinating Diamonds
