I made a small order of one piece of material which arrived damaged as it had very little packaging. Phoned and they said they would happily send out a replacment. All good so far. The replacement failed to arrive after more than 2 weeks and after several phone calls where they were very polite and offered to send another they essentially blamed the courier and never returned any of my calls as promised. Eventually i gave up and requested a refund and a month after the original order i am still chasing the refund and the replacement that the courier allegedly has never appeared either!

I have been waiting for an order now for 5 weeks. I have phoned the company several times of which I was told the courier service did try and deliver it. However there was a road closure and there fore had returned it. They have since lost the parcel. The company then said they'd re-cut the product and send free of charge and yet I am still waiting. Was also promised someone would call me and keep me updated on the developments. But again no success. Very poor.
