Horrible customer service, actually almost no customer service. Have consistent problems with delivery and trying to use the online customer service "support" is not user friendly, and does not usually end up with positive result. This is not just a one time event, this is consistent. Recently tried to start a vacation hold using the online "support" functionality, was impossible to use and to get it to take. Tried going through the recorded CRM functionality, which was again unusable and then it took me a very frustrating hour or so to get anyone live to talk with... and they aren't even in Madison! Somewhere in Arizona, and the 3 people I've deal with so far over the last couple months have been barely helpful, and again with not great results. Finally resorted to driving over to the other side of town and physicallly went in to the office yesterday and reported the issues and gave the person a piece of my mind, she was ok with me but suggested I read the online version ... I DON"T WANT TO READ THE ONLINE VERSION!!! I PURCHASE THIS STUPID PAPER SO I CAN HOLD THE THING AND READ IT!!!! Plus the price keeps going up and up, and the size and quality keeps going down and down. And of course, after all this, woke up this morning to no paper, yet again. So, tried calling the "help and support" number (which is no help and no support) and it took me probably about 20 minutes of answering questions (often 2 or 3 times) and getting nowhere, finally asked for an agent ... waited another 20 mintues or so, and talked yet again with someone in Arizona who treated me like a non-existent nothing, and yet again it was suggested to me that I read the online version .... AGAIN, I DON'T WANT TO READ THE ONLINE VERSION!!! I PURCHASE THIS STUPID PAPER SO I CAN HOLD THE THING AND READ IT ..... DON'T TELL ME TO READ THE ONLINE VERSION!!!! Dealing with this company is probably the worst customer experience I've had with ANY company EVER and I'm in my mid 60's and work with lots of companies. Truly horrendous customer service, inconsistent delivery for a mediocre local paper.
No such thing here as "Customer Service," just phone loops and/or disconnects. Is this actually a business?????????????
