I was expecting good things from this company because their response time was so quick. When I placed my order, I immediately received texts and emails to confirm my order because what I ordered was unusual. I confirmed with the company via text and email that I wanted black pants with a black stripe. However, they still sent black pants with a yellow stripe. I couldn't wear the pants and when I reached out to return them, I didn't get a response.

A friend recommended West Coast uniforms as our company was in need of a fresh look with some new uniforms for all our security pros. They went over backwards to make sure what I saw on the website is what I received. Some of the most comfortable shirts I ever owned. They didn't fade after washing they didn't shrink so much that I couldn't wear them after being in the dryer. They have items you cannot find anywhere else. Anyone in law enforcement who needs professional and comfortable would be a absolute fool for not purchasing from WCU.

I highly recommend purchasing your equipment front WCU. The guys here helped me out during a very confusing matter and was super patient with me during the confusion. I will definitely be a returning customer!! I have also noticed they seem to be fairly cheap on the pricing compared to other companies. If I could rate them 10 starts I definitely would!
