HORRIBLE...I called to check on getting 2 items embroidered. An extremely rude man answered the phone and said that if I don't have 12 pieces they won't do it and hung up. I read the reviews before calling and it looked like people were getting single jackets, hats, etc done. I recommend calling anyone else but this place. They need some serious work on their customer service skills. I can only imagine that the reviews were written by friends or family of the business. Save yourself the trouble!!

King's Embroidery is one of the easiest companies to do business with. The quailty of their product and their turn around time really sold me on their company. The fact that they do all screen printing and embroidery in-house gives them complete control to be certain the production is perfect.
