Sorry for the inconvenience you had. Over the phone you told us you would provide your own hats, but you did not. We had to add the extra amount for the hats. We don't give out any product for free.

First time she came she took half an hour just to look at the fonts. We have thousands of fonts. she went through font list twice and still was not able to pick a font. Embroidery machine was down we told her come back. Two days later machine was fixed she came back and went through font list twice again. She wanted to go through one more time I had to say sorry, please pick a font quickly becase there were 4 more customers waiting on the line. She also showed us a font from her phone, but we were not able to use that font. We have to use whatever font we have in our embroidery digitizing software. We did not refuse the service, but she left.

I have gone there a number of times and they were great. The last two times(for the same item because their machine broke) I was in there they were so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to pick out a font I liked. He scrolled through the fonts so quickly it was hard to pick one. They have now lost my business and I will never recommend them again. So disappointed.
