I needed a permit pulled, even worse i have commercial property which makes it even harder. Lisa @ permit tech was fabulous. The county gave us a hard time & delayed the process but Lisa & her team fought on my behalf to get it done. This company exceeded my expectations when she saved me almost 4k dollars in impact fees that were incorrectly labeled to our file. I probably would have paid them just to be done with the county but her efforts alone saved me big time. I dont leave many reviews but this company is special because they care!
