Not good ...have to pay for a complete set up with other printer for tee shirts....not reliable...person quit no one to run machines.....

After reading all the positive reviews I was excited to work with this company but unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. My visit to the location was to discuss embroidered hats. My initial request was a small order for sample hats. If all went well, I intended to place a larger order. I was told I'd get a quote within an hour, I never received a call, I followed up the next day, no quote no information. Five days later I follow up only to speak to another employee to find out not only can they not compete my order ,they will not accept my order because its too small. All this could of be avoid if I was told this the first time. The initial employee was very friendly, the second was not, I cant speak on the embroidery work itself but the experience was disappointing. Ill find another embroidery company.

I had an overall good experience with Gabriel until i wasn't satisfied with one of the designs. I still wanted to work with him because he really does great work but he stop communicating with me and now i have to find another printer in the middle of my peak season. It's unfortunate that you're not able to have a respectful profession disagreement without having to cut business ties with out announcement of the ties being cut. The customers aren't always right but neither is the owner. That's my take away from this experience. Still wish Gabriel the best because his quality and products are undeniable
