When I called two days later I was on hold for a half hour. I had to explain whats going on three different times to three different people. The woman was then rude and said theyd have to have it for three days the check the battery if I wanted a free battery. Its not free its under warranty for the $35K I spent on the car there! Ive since bought my own battery and have no more issues. If I do though, Ill take it to another Nissan dealer.

Thank you Mia for sharing your experience with us, as painful as it was to read, it is important that we get that kind of feedback. I know that myself and my VW service manager helped you personally and made sure all was good going forward but clearly the miscommunication and lack of follow up prior to us getting involved had already soured your experience. I bought a metris outback, which I love, but the whole sale and financial customer service was terrible. I bought the vehicle remotely, so between the sales dealership and my self we used, texts, email and US mail to complete the sale and financing. Speaking with the sales person via basically texts with follow up from initial contact was difficult. The total cost of the vehicle was $89,000 dollars. The sales person was hard to get ahold of and wasnt very good at communicating via text. I told him a sale of this size shouldnt be handled via texts. Then the finance department was rotten at communication as well. I was determined and that was the only reason the sales went through. I had to ask for the sales documents. Those documents were not given to me with put asking for the final documentation. Also, when I went to pay my first payment it was discovered that Campbell didnt even give the financing institution my correct mailing address, so I never recieved any packet or information from the financing institute regard my payments and account I formation. I had to call Campbell to get the number of who to call at the financial institution to resolve making a payment and correct my address. Turns out my first payment was late because of it. But, BECU were good about waving my late fee because of Campbell's incompetence handling my paperwork. I dont recommend this place at all. Also, the sales staff has no real knowledge about the outback to help with issues. There is a guy who works in there shop that's knowledgeable. So many other incompetence happened. But I dont want to spend anymore time on these guys.

Just came up to purchase our lease and John Kelch was amazing. Not only was everything ready to go when we got there but service was so fast at replacing one of our tires and it was done before we were even done with our paperwork. John is extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend him as your next salesperson.

Went to Campbell Nissan of Edmonds interested in a new or used Nissan Leaf. John Kelch worked with us. John was so helpful. He was able to educate us on the advantages of Federal, and WA State tax incentives for electric vehicles and how it would affect our purchasing decisions. He was clear and honest on outlining inventory available now, what is arriving in 6 weeks that had not already been pre-ordered, and the realistic timeline expectations for preordering. Before our test drive John spent time educating us on the car features. Love the pre-owned 2019 Leaf SV Plus. Purchased - had a pleasant interaction during the financing and paperwork portion of our process. Had to get to work. Returned later that day and John met me again to walk through the "advanced lessons" about the car's functionality. Love our new car! We expect to trade in our second old car for another Campbell Nissan Leaf or an Ariya in the fall, and will definitely be working with John Kelch. Thanks John!

Supposed to be a quick recall/ignition fix, around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Took almost 2.5 hours. When I got my car back, all the mirrors were messed up, and things were out of place. You could see that they were looking at other things that weren't part of the recall/ignition fix. Then when I got my receipt, I noticed a line stating inspection for interest to buy. Is that why it took so long? Is that why everything was all slightly different than the way I brought it in? If so, it feels extremely slimy. Why wouldn't they ask to do that instead of just doing it and making me longer than needed? I'm glad I bring my car into a different shop for its routine maintenance. Will not be coming back here.
