I literally dont know where to start this is the most repugnant and useless hosting provider that ever existed in hosting business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you are thinking in buy their services please i am begging you to look elsewhere save yourself from the worst nightmare of your life . This server is down everyday. The support you get is always from the same guy called Alex which is useless of no help. seriously ask someone who lives on the street a beggar a trump they will probably host your web contents better than this terrible company. It is unbelievably bad
Shocking. This company was fine a year ago, but since then has degraded to a point where our websites are down more than they are up. Their tech support seem to think it's ok to leave 30hrs before they reply, and even then don't give any apologies or explanations. We are now looking for a new supplier.
Your technical experts are knowledgeable without being brusk. They get to the root of my problem quickly and let me get on with my work. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to put up a website.
The hosting is very reliable and reasonable priced. My website is running smoothly and I've had no downtime. I am a very happy with their level of service and will remain a long-term customer.
Appalling Customer Support and Service!!! Don't be fooled by those short 5 star reviews, the reality actually is that the company doesn't provide the support customers needs to maintain their websites, hosting etc... I don't know where to start -I got my hosting cancelled due to nonpayment, reason for that is that our webmaster missed it and forgot. So I called and girl called Alexandra reassured me that there is no problem and I can re-instate the service and definitely hosting.co.uk has the backup to restore files etc. After that I have raised a ticket so I can pay and forgot about it, only to be told that their company doesn't back up clients files. So for the last 3 days I have been trying really hard to speak to someone I have been on the phone waiting someone to answer , but waiting for over an hour nobody ever answered. Meanwhile i started going through their website and found that additional cost the back up will be restored and my website will be working, sweet ? But no got an email from Kseniya confirming that this is not possible.Despite having confirmed from her previous colleague and later from their website , i have been shown a terms and conditions stating that customer is responsible to back up their files. Where on earth a professional company will delete clients files for less then a 2 weeks. Never ever again will use their service.
