HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! The owners and trainers are extremely rude. After I canceled with them they continued to charge my card a couple months later. I called them several times to explain that I DID NOT WANT TO GO THERE and they ignored me. They don't care about the client and only see money. I ruined my knee because of their focus on reps instead of form! Now I am filing a claim against them with my bank and warning all of my friends to NEVER go back. Worst gym I have ever been to in my life. Nasty nasty nasty.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! Started off at the HEW in Boynton and loved it! Everything went downhill once we started going to the one in Delray. The owners were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional on many different levels! I followed the procedure I was told to follow in order to cancel my membership which included a 2 week cancellation notice - however, the owners still took it upon themselves to put my membership on a hold and continued to charge me months later. When I called to resolve the matter I was told they took it upon themselves to put my membership on hold as opposed to canceling it because they thought I would return and there was nothing they could as far as returning my money and on top of that I still would have to go back in to cancel fully. This not only happened to me but several others I was going there with at the time. Aside from being terrible fitness trainers the owners of this HEW are nothing more than a couple of SCAMARTIST- STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Krista, sadly your poor review should not be directed at our business as you admit you are not even a member here. I understand your frustrations but there are several realities here. First off, there are no outdoor mask mandates in Florida (rarely an indoor at this point), there are no minimum distances people have to maintain from others especially outdoors. Also, this is a plaza of many business, and many other people use the rear of the plaza for foot travel. If they walk too close to you have you made complaints against them as well or cast negative reviews to their place of business also? Or is your disdain merely directed at our business? Corporate reached out to us when you contacted them but you elected not to reveal what business you are even located at in this plaza so that you could be contacted. Your review is uncalled for and has been forwarded back to Google for investigation.

My one star review doesn't have anything to do with the actual gym as I'm not a client. I do however work in the plaza where this location is, and the clients of this gym must be the most inconsiderate people in Florida. Throughout the pandemic myself and coworkers have been taking our breaks outside, but the clients at this location run in the same area, and seem to purposely get too close. They are huffing and puffing as you are eating lunch. They could very easily move across the road, as we are against the building or on the stoop. We have reached out to corporate but received no help. All we are asking is for some consideration. Some people are compromised or have someone compromised at home. Even if you don't feel the pandemic is a threat, it may be for your neighbor. Just be kind.
