Hi Ian. Were really sorry to hear about this experience! We strive to meet all deadlines, sometimes this means we need to charge a higher price to complete a quick turnaround. If youre interested in a rush order (usually a 48 hour turnaround) we first check our production schedule, making sure we have space on the machines before we confirm a date. Usually it works out, but unfortunately not every time. We regret this wasnt more clear from the start, and welcome your helpful feedback.

States 48 hour turn round on website but I've just visited and they say its 7 to 10 days! Disappointing as they were recommended.

Unsure wether to use them - I've heard they use other printers & charge on top. May as well find the real printers in the UK they use and save 's.

So a few days ago I had the delivery guy deliver a big box to the studio. I asked him are you sure you have the right unit? "Yep" he replied. I'm not expecting any parcels I thought, until I looked down to see the Icon Printing brand along the side :o "No way!!! the t-shirts!!!, but this is weeks early!!!" Amazing service, nice emails, great results, best t-shirts. Even I look cool wearing one, which is pretty remarkable. :)
