Cute and unique clothes, especially for a Seattle store, but they are expensive. The staff is also not the most friendly...unless you've got the 'right' look.

Great experience in-store, but make sure to note very strict return policy. Ive been really struggling to find the right size in one of their new jeans and had sized down once. Was hoping to size down again or return, but they wouldnt accept either since it had been 11 days vs 7 from when I had purchased. To be fair, they state this 7 return policy clearly - however I was surprised by the limited flexibility (especially as someone investing in a nice pair of jeans). Without knowing their business model, I would suggest if they can to consider a shift in this policy which feels pretty extreme to most other brands or stores. It is a bit of a bummer because I want to support local, but worry this experience will make me prioritize something like a Nordstrom with better customer services re: returns and exchanges in the future.

I have always had excellent experiences with this Boutique. Their clothing is trendy, and the quality is always good. I love that they provide detailed sizing information for each item. They ship orders quickly, and they arrive within days of ordering. I highly recommend this boutique!
