We do not issue bad DVD's or CD's. Most malfunctions are the result of the player in the playing device. Sorry you had a bad experience. Bring in or return your DVD, we will either replace it or refund your purchase price for the DVD if it is not functioning as it should. I researched your purchase which you made on 8/23/2017. You waited until February, 2018, to say you had a problem. Please let us know a little sooner so we may do better. Thank you, Rob

Purchased 2000 dollars worth of stuff from them. Also attended their classes they gave me a bad dvd and they wouldnt exchange the dvd for me really bad customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Use other school their material is outdated but from someone else!
Sorry for your situation. I did research and the charges you mention are mostly licensing fees required by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. To process a 26 page application does require some expenditure along with review to avoid appearing before the Construction Board. Thank you, Rob

These people are scam artist, The entire operation is shady at best. DO NOT ASK THEM TO SUBMIT YOUR LICENSE. They charge you 500$ to do what you could do yourself for free. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They will get your license application flagged JUST because it is them that is submitting it. The DBPR knows them and flags there submittals. They put down fraudulent information and are extremely careless.

You purchased the CD's in May of 2016 and wanted a replacement in January, 2018. The excessive delay is what caused the problem. Very poor experience, poor customer service. Mailed CD' s with one missing then overcharged $20 for missing one. Spent $1500 , material is very poor quality. This is a company you want to stay away from.
