The most unprofessional property management! Made an appointment with Dawn to see a property today, and took off half a days work to accommodate her schedule. After waiting at the property for 10 minutes past our arranged appointment time and her not showing up I placed a call to her office. She informs me, so very rudely, that she already has 10 applications on the property and has decided not to show it further, then actually hangs up on me. I cannot believe she made the appointment, stands me up, hangs up on me, and couldn't even take 30 seconds out of her day to call me ahead of time to cancel so I didn't lose money out of my pocket by taking time off work! The most unprofessional office I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

Best rental company in the Central Valley hands down! I recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to rent. I like that when you call theres a person on the other line and not some answering machine. Their repair turn around is quick too!

Best property management company in the Central Valley by far. Check out their consistent best of Manteca or best of San Joaquin county awards year after year. Great staff is always accommodating and the most professional in the industry. Nothing but great things to say about how they handle my property and related clients.
