RUDE!!! The customer service was horrible and would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. I was late by 5 minutes due to a train & traffic, and had to refill all the paper work that they asked for me over the phone when setting up the initial appointment. When all was complete, they told me to sit down and get comfy because it would be a while. I received an important phone call while waiting and got interrupted by the staff indicating they were ready for me and they were on a schedule. When I said I would be right there and that they were being rude, I had the employee make comments about my tardiness and that I was the one being rude. I canceled my appointment on the spot. A place of business that could be so rude to a 1st time client does NOT DESERVE my business or anyone elses for that matter!!!
Julia. I know being let go by Safilo was probably difficult for you. . I do pray you find a job where you don't need to blame others for your lack of success. Good luck to you.

Very Very Rude Doctor. Dr. Gardner is Harsh and Hostile . Not a professional at all . Acted like a very angry person and not how a Doctor should behave . Avoid this place .
Family Vision has been our eye doctors since I was very small. Dr. Kelly Gardner is a very good optometrist who really cares about my vision. Her staff is very good with glasses adjustment and with the "easy" portion of the eye exams. I read the other review. Yes, the Vision Center did go through a period of adjustment when their long time desk clerk left and they were trying to do their best to get by without a clerk during the time of recession/depression. It didn't work out very well and they are advertising for a new employee. But the quality of eye care is the same. They do a GREAT job. It is nice to have them in town. So many of our services must be filled out of town. I am happy we do business there.
Larry, I apologize that we are overbooked trying to get caught up from the problems we have experience with COVID. If I may make a recommendation...Please check with where you ordered your glasses to see if they have replacement parts to fix your frame until you can get in for an exam somewhere. Dr Gardner

Called at 8am as soon as they opened to set up an appointment. I had an emergency. I broke my glasses and can not see without them. They said they couldn't see me till june. Wouldn't recommend if it's an emergency
