Im not the kind of person to write reviews usually, but this was just a clear step above the other places I called. -diagnosed my issue in only a couple hours vs. 3-4 days quoted on the phone from other places -called to inform me what he found out as the repair progressed and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening to my computer -progressed through the repair starting immediately and finished before the other place I called would even diagnose or give any pricing estimate (Steven gave me a rough guess on the phone and although it didnt end up at that number, it wasnt too far off and it let me know what I was working with) -Very reasonable pricing, I feel like I got a really good deal and was expecting to pay more (had a number of complicated issues and my computer wouldnt even turn on correctly before he fixed it) -Came back fixed, good as new, and with a free antivirus he set up for me. I even had the side of the case on loose because I lost a screw for it and he replaced it for me and fixed it without even charging anything

Steve Kapp computing repair was a true blessing. Steve is a genius. He backed up my existing Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit software and all programs to a Western Digital external portable hard drive. Then he upgraded my PC to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit so that I could use Turbo Tax to do my 2020 taxes. My 2019 taxes were done using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and flawlessly carried forward to my 2020 Turbo Tax software running on the newly upgraded Windows 10 Pro 64 bit operating system. My extensive photo and iTunes collection carried over as did all my programs. I plan on changing the PCs c: drive from a Samsung 512 GB internal SSD to a 4TB Samsung internal SSD. I also plan on upgrading the 2TB Hard drive on my e: drive to an 8TB hard drive. I plan on getting this work done in June 2021 by Steve Kapp. I give Steve my highest recommendation and will be a customer from now on.
